Our competitive program is called the Empower Team Gymnastics Program. We believe proper competitive gymnastics training empowers the individual. We work on things that we feel are valuable life skills learned through participation in competitive gymnastics. Mental discipline and focus, work ethic, a “never give up” attitude during times of struggle, resilience and the ability to bounce back from disappointment, and how to win and lose gracefully (for this is a fact of life).

The parents of our Empower gymnasts work with us to give the gymnasts these values.  It is our work together that makes growth in each child  possible.  We are thankful for all of the hard work the Empower Gymnastic Parents put into empowering their children.
